Our VIP meet & assist service is designed to whisk you through the airport with minimum fuss and delay. Our service begins before you arrive by organizing and setting up all your requirements. On Arrival your clients will be:

• Met at the aircraft gate;
• Transported through the terminal with electric buggies (subject to airport);
• Assisted with any visa or landing card requirements;
• Expedited through customs and immigration;
• Assisted with baggage porters in collecting their luggage;
• Escorted out to their final mode of transport

Our staff is expert in dealing with travel issues and it can perfectly assist our clients with any unexpected problem (i.e. lost baggage). We can also organize both transportation, with chauffeur service waiting outside the arrivals area, and hotel check-in service.

On departure your clients will be:

• Met kerbside directly outside the terminal;
• Transferred to check-in with pre-booked porters to assist with their luggage;
• Pre-checked-in (subject to airline) with preferred seats arranged;
• Expedited through all check-in and security processes.;
• Escorted to lounge and to the aircraft gate when ready to board.

Our airport services are also available for groups: We can provide assistance both on departure and on arrival, providing your customers with all the support they need. We collect the group at pre-established meeting points and escort it to check-in. We assist through all check-in operations with professional staff which can help with over-weight luggage or any other check-in related issue. After check - in our staff will guide the group through the security checkpoints and to the gate where they will be assisted with all the boarding activities. On arrival, our staff will wait for the group before customs and will escort it through all airport procedures, assisting with lost baggage and porters if required.

Security

• We can arrange Body Guards and Close Protection Specialists in the main Italian airports, for any length of time or assignment. We supervise the security aspect of clients transferring through busy airports on arrival and departure.

Transit Services

• We assist Clients who are in transit from the arrival aircraft to the departure Lounge and onto their connecting flight.

Lounge & Conference Facilities

• We can organize lounge & conference facilities for clients departing or arriving into the airport. Group & Incentive travel requirements can be acceded to.

Private Aircraft

• Executive Jets & Helicopters can be chartered for Clients at short notice - useful when there is adverse disruption to scheduled airline services or Clients require a Helicopter transfer to and from the airport.
